Placing an order

The following explains how your order will be processed plus provides some guidance should you encounter problems...


Secure Processing

Our Shopping Cart operates within a fully secure environment. All information you provide is fully encrypted via a 128 bit SSL Certificate for safety purposes. (When in our cart, click on the padlock which appears in the location or status bar to verify the authenticity of this certificate.)

In conjunction with our Payment Processor, we have some stringent “Anti-Fraud” facilities built into our ordering system for your protection. These are not visible ... but they are always applied to every transaction.

For your added security, not all the information you provide is conveyed to us – some is ONLY conveyed to our payment processor. As a result, we DO NOT maintain complete records on our servers.

When purchasing through our cart, your order is not complete until you receive a confirmation Receipt online... with a tag of Processed in the status field.

Your Credit Card is not charged until this “Receipt” appears.

A copy of this online Receipt is emailed to you immediately, often being dispatched even before the Receipt comes up on your screen. Please retain this for your records.


The name which will appear on your credit card statement

As we maintain our own shopping cart and have a merchant account in our own name, your transaction through the Wealth Traders shopping cart will appear on your credit card statement under the name of Wealth Traders.

Some of the companies that we work with also have their own carts / merchant accounts and so purchases from them will appear in the name they nominate at time of purchase.


Problems in placing your order?

Approximately 98% of buyers through our shopping cart are able to process their order successfully first time.  

If you encounter any problems with ordering and need to re-submit, please limit your resubmissions to a maximum of THREE attempts. This is for your benefit – whilst our system will allow you to keep trying, too many attempts and your transaction may get flagged as a possible fraud which could cause a total blockage on your card. This applies not only to ourselves, but many other shopping systems on the web.

If you have a VALID credit card with sufficient available funds and you encounter a problem, it may be related to any of the following…

1.)   You have entered your details incorrectly. Please try again … and ensure the following are correct:

  • All fields with an “asterisk” are completed
  • Your Name and Billing Address MUST match the details on your Credit Card Statement
  • Your Credit Card must be entered with NO spaces
  • Your Expiry date must be entered
  • Your CVV number must be entered 


2.)   Delay in transmission of your data to our payment processor. You will identify this when the system immobilizes. It is rare but when it does happen, you will need to re-enter your information and submit your order again. Your order is not completed until an online Receipt appears!

3.)   Various Error messages, including “Your Shopping Cart Is Empty”. This is often caused by a temporary blockage in your cache in which case you need to clear cache (Firefox) / temporary files (IE) and restart your Browser. This is the most common cause of problems with many carts (including ours), so you may like to try this first.

Our shopping cart makes extensive use of Java Scripts. These can also present a problem for buyers using older versions of Internet Explorer or Firefox which do not support the latest Java extensions or are running an anti-virus package / Firewall which blocks Java Scripts. In such instances, we recommend you update your Browser Version 6 (Internet Explorer) or Version 1.5 or greater(Firefox) and / or switch off your Firewall / virus protection temporarily.

If the problem persists and you are unable to complete your order, please Submit a request  providing your telephone number and suitable time/s to call you so we can get you started by doing a phone order.

Delivery of your order

If you order a digitally delivered product / service (e.g. eBooks, Mp3's, software), your download link/s will be sent from support@wealthtraders.com within 2 minutes of order acceptance.

Please whitelist this in your Address Book to ensure receipt of both our confirmation receipt and your download instructions.

These notices go out without a miss.

If you haven't added the above to your Address Book, our notices may go to your Junk Mail folder so please check in there. Also, some ISP's delay delivery of these emails ... and / or their filters block them completely if you haven't whitelisted us in your address book.  ISP and spam filter induced problems are out of our control but fortunately, these instances are rare.

If you encounter any undue delays (more than 15 minutes), please Submit a request via the link to the right. . We'll ensure you GET what you paid for.

If you order a CD-based program please allow 14 days for delivery. Your order will be delivered on a door-to-door basis so we can track and verify delivery.


Refunds

All products offered through Wealth Traders and / or our associated Sharemarket Institute site come with a Money Back Guarantee as detailed in the specific offer. Money Back Guarantees vary up to 180 days.

If no Money Back Guarantee is stated, then refunds are available on a pro-rata basis.

If you are purchasing through one of our Partner sites, you will need to take note of their refund policy.

With purchases from Wealth Traders, please Submit a request (via the link to the right) if you're not satisfied with your purchase and require a refund under the guarantee offered.

When you purchase, approval is instantaneous and will appear in your account as paid almost instantly. However, it can take 7-10 working days before our payment processor actually receives funds from your financial institution as they often deal on a cross border basis.

With refunds, they do not appear back in your account until monies have been transferred and received in return. So, please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to appear back in your account.
