Below are some simple solutions which should address any downloading problems you encounter...
** Downloading for Beginners -- if you've had limited experience with downloading, we recommend you start by reading this short tutorial within the Know How To Be Rich Help Files section. This tutorial is specific to that product but the principles apply to all downloads.
** SAVE the file to disk -- please follow the directions provided with each purchase (similar to as outlined in the above tutorial). Please ensure your media player does not drive the download. This can result in the media player downloading a file as a one-time listen / watch "streaming" file. You should always SAVE to disk first and then open the file from there. You can do this with EVERY file we provide access to.
** Clear Cache - this is the most common cause of download problems. Browsers can get blockages in their cache (temporary files) and so if a file is not downloading correctly, you may need to clear your cache in order to proceed. After clearing your cache (Firefox) / temporary files (Internet Explorer), you must re-start your browser. If this does not rectify the problem, you may like to re-start your computer.
** Turn off Firewall -- many firewalls have been set-up to prevent downloads of certain files, particularly .exe files. if this applies to you, you may need to turn off your firewall momentarily in order to proceed.
Please Note: Some ISP's have inbuilt filters which prevent certain files types from being transferred through their system. If all of the above do not resolve your problem, you may like to speak to your ISP re a possible solution.
