This is often caused by a temporary blockage in your cache in which case you need to clear cache (Firefox) / temporary files (IE) and restart your Browser. This is the most common cause of problems with many carts (including ours), so you may like to try this first.
Our shopping cart makes extensive use of Java Scripts. These can also present a problem for buyers using older versions of Internet Explorer or Firefox which do not support the latest Java extensions or are running an anti-virus package / Firewall which blocks Java Scripts. In such instances, we recommend you update your Browser Version 6 (Internet Explorer) or Version 1.5 or greater(Firefox) and / or switch off your Firewall / virus protection temporarily.
