When
I "right click" to download file Intention Activator file the area is
grayed out and it will not download on my
computer.
This has something do with the way the computer's
operating system is set up. What happens is that the current setting will not recognize the .exe
file extension.
The Intention Activator file is called setup.exe. Many
ISP and Virus Protection programs will not download an .exe file because they can contain viruses
from individuals and companies that you are not familiar with.
We can assure you that there is not virus in the
Intention Activator setup.exe file but it may be blocked by default in your system.
If this is the case you will have to override the
setting. Unfortunately the procedure for each computer's system is different so we cannot make the
adjustment for you. We suggest you try to turn off the .exe file block. It only takes a click of
the mouse, but you have to know where to look and how to do it. If you cannot find the setting
you will need to ask someone to assist you that can look at your computer.
I cannot FIND the Intention Activator
file on my computer.
In order to open the Intention Activator and set it up
you must know where you downloaded and saved it on your computer. As mentioned in the download
instructions we suggest you save it on your "Desktop".
If you cannot find the file after downloading you can
do is search your computer for the files. In Windows click on "Start" – "Search-Files
and Folders". Make sure it it looking in all directories. (C: for most computer.)
Type in setup.exe and it will tell you the location.
Once you have found the setup.exe file you can move it or just double click on it and set it up right
where you found it. Either way will work.
When I double click on the Intention
Activator setup.exe file I receive an error message.
If you get an error message and the Intention Activator
does not run on your computer it is due to a missing or corrupt file on your computer.
Once again, the problem is system error on your
computer. There is nothing wrong with the
file.
Unfortunately
we unable diagnose each computer for fix every problem. Our programmer says in most cases this situation can be fixed by using the instructions below. If that
does not work, the problem is more complex and will require someone who is familiar with computers
